Cancellation & Failure to Arrive for Appointments

Omarosa Aesthetics & Laser Clinic strives to provide a service at competitive prices; however, when clients fail to arrive for appointments, aestheticians are left idle.  If we were to make allowance for clients not arriving for their appointments, it would mean that our prices would have to increase.

As a company we will not penalise reliable clients and so have taken the decision not to increase our prices but, to penalise clients who fail to give us adequate notice of cancellation.

All new clients are charged a one off £30 for a patch test, which is fully redeemable against your next Laser treatment/ or course that is purchased.  Please note however, that this £30 patch test fee is not refundable if you choose not to go ahead with treatment for personal reasons.

Please note a treatment will be taken off the course purchased if you have cancelled any appointment less than 48 hours prior to the appointment time.  All missed appointments will also be charged at the same rate.

Cancellations can be made between 09am – 6pm Monday to Wednesday, 10am – 7pm Thursday & Friday and 09am – 5pm Saturday.

Out of hours messages will not be accepted for cancellations.

All laser treatments must be paid for in advance and are non-refundable. Please note we will take off one treatment from the course, if treatment is not carried out due to being tanned in any way i.e. fake tan, sun beds and sun exposure.

If a genuine provable reason prevents you from attending at the last minute, or you are in receipt of a medical certificate stating that you were too ill to attend, your default fee may be refunded at our discretion.

Courses:

All pre-paid courses are non-refundable.

Courses are valid for 18 months only from the date of purchase.

Deposit and Expiry Terms

All treatment deposits are payable at the time of booking and confirm the client’s intention to proceed with a treatment or course of treatments.

The deposit secures an appointment date and time, and ensures that treatment capacity is reserved and capacity is available.

Deposits are valid for 6 months from the date of payment. If a treatment is not undertaken within that 6 month period, the deposit will automatically expire and become non-refundable.

By paying a deposit, clients confirm their understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The clinic reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, provided that any change does not affect deposits already paid before the amendment date.

At managements discretion this could convert into a treatment credit of equal value. Where issued, the treatment credit must be used within 28 days from the date of issue.

Credits are for single use only, cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person, and cannot be extended or split between treatments any further.
